The work in Night Clubs as a Room Assistant is very similar to that of Hostesses / Image Girls in discos. The only difference is that in Night Clubs you will have to talk, joke and have fun in the company of the club’s customers, sitting on a sofa while enjoying a good drink.

What does Figurante Di Sala’s work consist of?
While working in the Night Club as a Room Attendant you will have to try to entertain the customers with you in the club for as long as possible, keeping them entertained without ever boring them. If your company is pleasant and welcome, customers will consequently stay longer and spend more money.
Each customer simply pays the venue for the TIME they stay with you in the Night: they are called “consumers” and usually have a single duration of 15/20 minutes depending on the venue.
As you may have already understood, the more drinks customers have in your company, the more your salary will be able to grow thanks to our exclusive incentive system on drinks.
This is what customers are looking for from you
Sometimes you will find the one who will ask you a few questions to get to know you and court you with the hope that you can become the love of his life: these types of clients are the best if you know how to manage them intelligently!
You will find many groups of young customers: they come to the clubs to have a drink in your company sitting on a sofa while many like to dance with you like in a disco: it will be fun!
You will also come across many clients who are simply looking for a person to confide in and vent about their personal problems: with these you will find yourself acting as the “psychologist on duty” distributing solutions and advice to them.
Ability to entertain
Your task, as Night Club Hostess, will be to entertain the club’s guests by talking and joking, inviting them to consume drinks with you. Your smile, your cheerfulness and elegance will make the difference and you will always have to have a cheerful and proactive attitude with customers without ever letting them get bored.
Nice presence
It is essential for every girl to show up to the room well dressed and made up and to have her hair styled in order. The clothing, just as if it were a job as a Hostess / Image Girls in a nightclub, is elegant and sexy: heels and short dresses taking care not to be vulgar. Shorts are not permitted.
Respect and cleanliness in the premises’ accommodation
You must know that it is strictly forbidden to bring animals or strangers into the house and it is also mandatory to keep the house clean and tidy in order to have a peaceful and harmonious coexistence with your roommates.
One month minimum work required
You will be able to take a test (paid in full) to see whether the job is right for you or not. If so, you will be able to carry out this job for as long as you wish but keep in mind that the minimum period of work required is 1 month to give a minimum continuity to the work in respect of the owners of the premises who offer you this great earning opportunity .
Age between 18 and 40
The managers of the venues prefer to hire young and good-looking girls/women, to remain in line with the image and personality of the venue itself. Over the age of 40 it becomes increasingly difficult to get hired and work in a Night Club successfully.
Availability to work outside the city with free accommodation
