A traveller may seek a name change under the Name change policy if their current name does not conform with our name correction policy. It is not feasible to change the name on a PNR once it has been ticketed. However, in accordance with Aer lingus name correction policy, travellers are permitted to swap their tickets as long as they book a new PNR, pay the increased rate, and pay the relevant name change charge at the time of exchange.
